Matter Admins can set coin allowances at both a company-wide level (Default Allowance) and an individual level (Custom Allowance). The Custom Allowance will override the Default Allowance.
Setting Default Coin Allowances
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Under 'Default Allowance' set the default amount of coins that each member of your channel will receive every Feedback Friday ritual.
Use the Rewards Calculator to determine the default allowance based on your budget.
Setting Custom Coin Allowances
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Click Add Custom Allowance and in the modal select the desired team member(s) and enter the coin allowance amount.
Note: An individual's custom coin allowance will override the channel's default coin allowance for their account only.
