Matter Admins can set coin allowances at both a company-wide level (Default Allowance) and an individual level (Custom Allowance).
Important Note: The Custom Allowance overrides the Default Allowance.

Setting Default Coin Allowances
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Under the Default Allowance section, set the default amount of coins that each member of your channel will receive every Feedback Friday.
Click Save at the bottom to confirm your changes.
Use the Rewards Calculator to determine the default coin allowance based on your budget.
Setting Custom Coin Allowances
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Click Add Custom Allowance, and in the modal, select the desired
member(s) or group(s) and enter the coin allowance amount.
Click Save at the bottom to confirm your changes.
