Matter Admins can set coin allowances at both a company-wide level (Default Allowance) and an individual level (Custom Allowance).
Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on the Pro and Enterprise plans, or on any plan during the free trial. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

Important Note: The Custom Allowance overrides the Default Allowance.
To give coins to managers or leaders only, see Assigning coins to managers or leadership only.

Setting Default Coin Allowances
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Under the Coin Allowance section, set the Default Allowance, the coins each member can give away in each allowance period. It refills on your Allowance Reset Frequency, weekly by default.
Click Save at the bottom to confirm your changes.
Use the Rewards Calculator to determine the default coin allowance based on your budget.
Setting Custom Coin Allowances
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Click Add Custom Allowance, and in the modal, select the desired member(s) or group(s) and enter the coin allowance amount.
Click Save at the bottom to confirm your changes.
