Set coin allowances (default and custom) to reset weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or manually. This allowance reset frequency is independent of the Feedback Friday frequency.
Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on the Pro and Enterprise plans, or on any plan during the free trial. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

Coin allowances are the coins that team members can give away; they are separate from the coins earned from kudos, celebrations, etc.
Change Coin Allowance Reset Frequency
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Under the Allowance Reset Frequency section, click the drop-down and select the desired frequency.
Options include weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and manually.
Note: You can view the next reset below the frequency selected (e.g., Next coin allowance will reset on December 31st, 2024 at 11:59pm).
Click the Save button to confirm changes.
