Set coin allowances (default and custom) to reset weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. This allowance reset frequency is independent of Feedback Friday frequency. 

Coin allowances are the coins that team members can give away, they are independent of the earned coins from kudos, celebrations, etc.

Change Coin Allowance Reset Frequency

Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Web App</a>.

Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.

Under the Allowance Reset Frequency section, click the drop-down and select the desired frequency. Options include weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

1. Note: You can view the next reset below the frequency selected (e.g., Next coin allowance will reset on December 31st, 2024 at 11:59pm).

Click the Save button to confirm changes.

2. Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
