Resetting earned coins and coin allowances is ideal after sending test kudos or using coins during the free trial.
Resetting Earned Coins
Open the Web App.
Go to Channel Settings.
Then Rewards tab.
Under 'Reset Earned Coins', click the button Reset All Earned Coins.
Note: There will be a second prompt to confirm the reset.
Resetting Coin Allowances
Open the Web App.
Go to Channel Settings.
Then Rewards tab.
Under 'Default Allowance', click the text Reset.
Under 'Custom Allowance', remove the custom allowance and click Add Custom Allowance to re-add it.
Note: Both coin allowances will be reset in real-time.
