Resetting earned coins and coin allowances is ideal after sending test kudos or using coins during the free trial.
Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on the Pro and Enterprise plans, or on any plan during the free trial. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

Do Matter coins expire?
Earned coins (the coins a member has received) never expire: they stay on the member's balance until they are redeemed, adjusted, or reset by an admin. Coin allowances (the coins each member has to give) do expire: whatever is unused is replaced by a fresh allowance on the reset schedule in Settings, Rewards. See Change coin allowances reset frequency.
Resetting Earned Coins / Coin Balances
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Go to the Advanced Settings and under 'Reset Earned Coins', click the button Reset All Earned Coins.
Note: There will be a second prompt to confirm the reset.
Resetting Coin Allowances
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Under 'Default Allowance', click the text Reset.
Under 'Custom Allowance', remove the custom allowance and click Add Custom Allowance to re-add it.
Note: Both coin allowances will be reset in real time.
