Resetting earned coins and coin allowances is ideal after sending test kudos or using coins during the free trial.

Resetting Earned Coins / Coin Balances

Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Web App</a>.

Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.

Under 'Reset Earned Coins', click the button Reset All Earned Coins.

1. Note: There will be a second prompt to confirm the reset.

2. Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
3. Under 'Reset Earned Coins', click the button Reset All Earned Coins.

Under 'Default Allowance', click the text Reset.

Under 'Custom Allowance', remove the custom allowance and click Add Custom Allowance to re-add it.
