The coin allowance is the amount of coins that a member has to give away via kudos or add coins to existing kudos. The coin allowance is initially set by the default and custom coin allowance.
Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on the Pro and Enterprise plans, or on any plan during the free trial. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

In the case that admins want to give team members a one-time adjustment or increase for special recognition, they can manually adjust a team member's coin allowance.
Updating a Team Member's Coin Allowance
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Members section.
Find the team member via search or scrolling and click Edit.
Adjust the Coin Allowance Remaining and then hit Save.
