Matter QR Codes let teammates, customers, patients, and guests recognize your employees by scanning a code or opening a link, with no app to download. Recognition posts to Slack or Microsoft Teams through Matter, the employee recognition platform for Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Matter QR Codes are included on the Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Admins create the codes, teammates and guests give recognition, and reviewers approve every guest note before it posts.
đĄ Make one code for each place, like each front desk or break room. You don't need a code for every employee.
What are Matter QR Codes?
Matter QR Codes are printable codes, each with its own link, that open a short recognition form on any phone. Put one where your team works or where customers wait, and people can say thanks in the moment, without a desk or a computer. See how it works for recognition QR codes for frontline teams.
Every code has:
A name, usually the place it goes, like Front Desk or 4 North Break Room.
A question people answer on the form, like "Who made your day?".
One Slack or Microsoft Teams channel it posts to.
A permanent link, matterapp.com/recognize/ plus 6 characters.
Your Brand Kit Square Mark in the center, or the Matter M if you haven't added one.
