Admins manage all their Matter QR Codes in the Matter Web App under Recognition Manager, then QR Codes. From there you can see each code's scans and recognition, and edit, pause, turn on, or delete a code.

The QR Codes page
Recognition to Review: guest notes waiting for a reviewer, with Pending, Approved, and Declined tabs.
Codes: every code, with who sends from it (Employees or External), its scans, what's posted, and its status, Live or Paused. Click a code to open its page.
A code's page
Each code's page shows Scans, Recognition (Submissions on guest codes), Posted, and Coins Granted, plus its most recent recognition. The Your Code card has Download QR Image, the link, Copy Link, and Try It Live. To print and share it, see Where to put your recognition QR codes and link.
Edit a code
Click the ā® menu (three dots) on the code's page or its row in the Codes table, then Edit Code.
The steps open on Details with your settings filled in. Change the name, question, channel, and, on guest codes, reviewers, the private details setting, and Rewards.
On Wrap Up, click Save Changes.
The link and QR code never change, so printed copies keep working. Who a code is for can't change after you save it. To switch, create a new code.
Pause or turn on a code
Click ā®, then Pause Code.
Confirm on Pause This Code?.
The code shows a Paused label. Anyone who scans it or opens its link sees "This Code Is Turned Off", and recognition already posted doesn't change. To bring it back, click ā®, then Turn On Code. It's live again right away, with the same link and QR code.
Delete a code
Click ā®, then Delete Code.
Confirm on Delete This Code?.
The code leaves the Codes table and can't be restored. Anyone who scans it sees "This Code Is Turned Off". Recognition already posted stays where it is.
On guest codes, notes still waiting for review stay in Recognition to Review, so you can still approve or decline them after a pause or delete. Learn how in Approving guest kudos from a QR code.
Coins on or off
On guest codes, reviewers can add coins when they approve (Pro and Enterprise). To change this, edit the code and choose Allow Coins with Most a reviewer can add, or No Coins. On employee codes, givers add coins from their own allowance.
QR Codes in analytics and reports
Kudos from employee codes count like any other kudos.
An approved guest note counts as kudos received by each person thanked. It never counts as kudos sent or toward participation, since guests aren't members. Notes that are pending or declined never count.
The analytics report export has an External Recognition tab with one row for each approved guest note, including the QR code, channel, guest name, who received it, coins, and who approved it.

FAQs
Q: What do people see when a code is paused?
People who scan a paused code see "This Code Is Turned Off". Turn the code back on and the same printed code works again.
Q: Does deleting a code remove its posted kudos?
No. Recognition that already posted stays where it is. Deleting can't be undone.
Q: Why didn't participation go up after guest kudos?
Guests aren't members, so their notes count as kudos received by your team, not as kudos sent or participation.
Q: Can I change who a code is for?
No. Create a new code for employees or for customers and guests instead.
Q: Do test kudos from Try It Live count?
Yes. Try It Live opens the real page, so test kudos post and count in the code's stats. An admin can delete a test kudos in the Web App, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
