Approving and declining reward requests

Understand how to approve or decline reward requests, managing the process efficiently for your team.

In order to approve/decline a reward, a workspace must be upgraded to Matter Pro and have Rewards enabled.

Workspace Owners/Admins will only have access to our Rewards Manager tab in the Web App. Owners/Admins have the ability to approve or deny any Rewards requests from your team.

If a request is approved, the selected funding method will be charged, and the reward requester will automatically receive their gift card via email.

If a request is denied, the reward requester will be notified, and the coins will be returned to their coin balance. This is common if the wrong reward is requested.

For custom company rewards, the requester will be notified directly in Slack/Teams to reach out to their Workspace Owner/Admin to receive the reward. Custom company rewards will need to be delivered internally.

Note: All rewards sales are final. Once a reward has been approved by an admin, purchased, and delivered to the user, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
