In order to approve/decline a reward, a workspace must be upgraded to Matter Pro and have Rewards enabled.

Workspace Owners/Admins will only have access to our Rewards Manager tab in the Web App. Owners/Admins have the ability to approve or deny any Rewards requests from your team.

If a request is denied, the reward requester will be notified, and the coins will be returned to their wallet.

If a request is approved, the payment method on file will be charged, and the reward requester will automatically receive their gift card via email.

For custom company rewards, the requester will be notified to reach out to their Workspace Owner/Admin to receive the reward. Custom company rewards will be delivered internally.
