To save time and not block people from receiving their reward, Workspace Owners/Admins can automatically approve reward requests.
Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on the Pro and Enterprise plans. During the free trial members can request rewards, and you approve them once you upgrade. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

Turn on automatic approval
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Under the 'Approval Process' section, select either:
Manual Approval Required
Automatic Approval with Notifications
Automatic Approval without Notifications
Optionally, specify which admins receive reward request notifications.
Hit Save.
