Note: You should only be redeeming for the country in which you reside. If you attempt to redeem a gift card outside of your country, you may run into verification issues, and we are unable to refund or exchange it for this reason.
As for custom company rewards that you upload into Matter, while the transaction history is final, you can simply re-add the redeemed coins to the user's coin balance by adjusting their coin balance.
