Admins can add or remove coins from a member's earned balance in Settings, Members.
Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on the Pro and Enterprise plans, or on any plan during the free trial. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

Edit Earned Coins in the Members Section
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Members section.
Find the team member via search or scrolling and click Edit next to their name.
In the Coin Balance section, either adjust or clear the amount with the red X.
Confirm changes by clicking Save.
Note: Earned Coins = How many coins a user has available to redeem for rewards.
