You can view onboarding survey results directly as soon as responses are submitted. Results are updated in real-time and include key metrics and detailed feedback from new hires.
Here’s what you’ll see in the results view:
Onboarding Effectiveness Score: A single metric that combines responses to all Agree/Disagree questions across onboarding surveys. It shows how effectively new hires are integrating, aligning with your culture, and building confidence.
Completion Rate: The percentage of onboarding surveys completed. For example, if 100 surveys are sent and 96 are completed, the completion rate is 96%. Higher rates indicate stronger engagement and more reliable data.
Survey-Level Results: Review results for each survey individually, including summaries of responses to each question and optional comments.
Individual Responses: Drill down to see how each participant responded, helping you understand specific experiences and trends.
Filtering Results
We allow for powerful filtering options to help you analyze onboarding survey data and uncover meaningful insights. Filters make it easy to focus on specific groups, time periods, or surveys. You can filter results by:
Date range: View results from specific time periods, such as a new hire’s first 30 or 90 days, or custom ranges.
Member segments: Filter by key attributes like location, manager, or start date to analyze how different segments of new hires are experiencing onboarding.
Member groups: Focus on predefined groups (e.g., departments, divisions, etc.) to compare onboarding experiences and outcomes.
Individual survey: Drill into a single onboarding survey to review question-by-question results and comments.
Using these filters, you can identify patterns, track progress across different groups, and make targeted improvements to your onboarding process.
Downloading Results Report
You can download the onboarding survey results as an Excel file (Sample Report). The exported file includes:
Overall Metrics: Your Onboarding Effectiveness Score, completion rates, and other survey-level insights.
Individual Responses: A detailed breakdown of each respondent’s answers for deeper analysis.
Exporting results makes it easy to share data with managers, HR, and leadership or to combine survey data with other reporting tools.
