Matter coins can be redeemed for the following reward types:
Gift Cards
Charitable Donations
Prepaid Cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
Custom Company Rewards
To redeem a reward, head to the Slack Home tab or Microsoft Teams Matter tab and click on Redeem Reward. This will redirect you to our rewards store where you can choose what you'd like to trade in your earned Matter coins for!
Once you select your reward, your Admin will receive your reward request for approval. Once your Admin receives and accepts this request, you will receive your reward via email.
Note: 10 Matter coins are equivalent to 1 USD, or your local currency is equivalent to 1 USD. So, if you have 250 Matter coins, you could trade these in for a $25 USD gift card. Matter coins are not redeemable for cash.
