Download an Excel report of member activity, kudos, coins, celebrations, and feedback from Analytics in the web app by clicking Download Report (.XLSX).
Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on the Basic plan and above, or on any plan during the free trial. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

How to Download the Advanced Analytics Report
Open the Web App.
Go to Analytics.
Select the desired date range (e.g., custom date or predefined) and, on Pro and Enterprise, filter by member groups or segments.
Click Download Report (.XLSX).
An Excel file will automatically download to your device.
What the report includes
The advanced analytics report will include, but is not limited to:
Dashboard: Team Metrics such as participation, rewards, and coins, Kudos Type Breakdown, Top Feedback Givers & Receivers, etc.
Member Activity: Breakdown of each member and related stats such as # kudos sent/received, # coins sent/received, # rewards redeemed, etc.
Kudos Sent: List of kudos sent with a created date, giver & receiver, public vs private, kudos type, coin amount, and kudos message.
Kudos Types: Breakdown of the top giver and receiver of each kudos type (default and custom). Ideal for companies that add in company values as custom kudos.
Celebrations Sent: List of birthdays and work anniversaries celebrated, including the coin amounts.
Feedback Sent: List of peer feedback sent with a created date, giver & receiver, skill, feedback type, and feedback message.
External Recognition: One row for each approved guest note from a recognition QR code, with the QR code, channel, guest name, who received it, coins, and who approved it.
