Matter is 100% compatible with Slack Connect, enabling Matter to work with people outside of your organization. Typically, only one key requirement is necessary.
Matter <> Slack Connect: Requirement
Email Display Setting: In the Slack Admin Settings panel, all external organizations must ensure their Slack email display is set to: "Members and guests of Matter, plus people from external organizations you’re connected to".
Enabling Matter with Slack Connect
Log in to your Slack workspace as an Admin.
Go to 'Settings & Permissions'.
Change 'Email Display' to the required setting.
Save the changes.
