There are two workspace levels when it comes to the Enterprise Grid:
Workspace-level
Channel-level
Workspace-level supersedes Channel-level. For example, if someone is an Owner/Admin of the Workspace-level, they will automatically have Admin access to each Channel-level permission.
Enterprise Grid Member Permissions
Workspace-level
Owner: All Admin permissions and ability to delete Matter channel.
Admin: Full access to all settings, analytics, rewards, and billing.
Member: Access based on whether they’re currently in the Matter channel.
Channel-level
Channel-Admin: Full access to channel settings.
Member: Access based on whether they’re currently in the Matter channel.
