Each birthday and work anniversary will receive a banner to celebrate each person. Slack and Microsoft Teams profile pictures will be used in the celebration message. Team members who don't have a profile picture will receive a banner without a profile picture.

Adjusting Celebrations Delivery Time
Birthday and work anniversary messages are sent at 9 am based on your workspace's time zone setting. By default, messages for birthdays and work anniversaries that fall on a weekend are sent on the previous Friday. However, you can opt to deliver celebrations on the weekend by updating your settings.
Go to the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Celebrations section.
Click the dropdown on the Celebrations Delivery and adjust to your preference.
