After making a reward request in the Matter rewards store, you may be wondering where your reward is. To better understand the current status of your reward, you'll need to view your reward redemption history. The redemption history shows each reward request and its respective status. There are several different statuses depending on the reward you requested.
Accessing Rewards Redemption History
Open the Web App.
Go to Rewards and click View Redemption History.
Reward Redemption Statuses
Fulfilled: The reward request has been approved and delivered. You can optionally resend this reward to another email or contact the reward provider for additional help.
Approved: The reward request has been approved, but not delivered due to one of the following reasons below.
Gift card rewards that are approved but not delivered have likely become unavailable. Your Matter coins should be automatically returned to you.
Custom rewards need to be delivered internally, not via Matter.
Pending: The reward request has not been approved nor declined. It's still waiting on a decision to be made by a Matter admin. We'd recommend contacting your Matter admin to have them approve the request.
Declined: The reward request has been rejected by a Matter admin.
