Submitting a challenge claim

Submit a challenge claim in the web app: under Challenges, click Claim, write a Claim Explanation of 3+ characters and, if required, add a file up to 2MB.

When creating a challenge, the Matter admin has the option to require team members to submit evidence as part of their claim submission.

Who can use this: Every member on the Pro and Enterprise plans, or on any plan during the free trial. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

For an overview of the whole feature, read the Challenges Guide.

If enabled, users must submit a file (2MB max) with their challenge claim. This file is typically an image, a PDF, etc. Award Manager(s) have the ability to download this file to review when determining whether to approve or decline a challenge claim.
