To get team members excited and encourage participation in a challenge, we recommend sharing the challenge in the Matter-connected Slack/Teams channel.
By sharing, team members can view the challenge details and easily access the challenge to submit a claim.
Important Note: To share a challenge inside Slack/Teams with Matter, the challenge must be active. This means that the challenge has been started. Once active, use the following steps to configure and share the challenge details.
How to Share a Challenge in Slack/Teams
Once a challenge is active, Matter will send a direct message to all Award Manager(s) stating that the challenge is live, along with a button to share the message.
To get started, click the Share Challenge button.
Configure the message to your preference. Use message variables such as {challenge_name}, {challenge_image}, {challenge_description}, and {coin_amount} to include the challenge’s information.
When ready, click Send to share the challenge in the Slack/Teams channel.
Note: If you're on Enterprise Grid, you'll see the option to select the channel in which to share the challenge.
