Looking to send kudos to a team or department? Rather than typing everyone’s name, you can send kudos to a Member Group.
Note: To create a group and send kudos to a group, you need to be a Matter admin or a group manager of that group.
How to Send Kudos to a Team / Group
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Groups section.
Click Create Group and add in Group Name, Group Manager(s), and Member(s) & Sub-Group(s).
Note: Once the group has been created, you can bulk-add group members via email address.
Go to Microsoft Teams, and in the Matter-connected channel, click the Give Kudos button.
In the Give Kudos modal, you'll see the option to select the Member Group.
