Matter makes it easy to recognize your entire company or team with a kudos inside Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Common examples of company-wide recognition include employee recognition day, a major company milestone achieved, holiday gift, and much more!

You'll have the ability to "Give Kudos to All" either from the Matter-connected channel or Matter Home tab in both Slack and Microsoft Teams.

Technically speaking, when this option is selected, a kudos will be sent to all team members in the Matter-connected channel.
