Matter Admins can control coin allowances at both a company-wide level (Default Allowance) and at an individual level (Custom Allowance).
If you want only managers or leadership to have coins to give away, go to Rewards Settings and set the Default Allowance to 0. Then add a Custom Allowance for each manager or leader.
Because custom allowances override the default, only those individuals will have coins. Everyone else will not see the option to add coins when giving kudos — it will be hidden for them.
