Giving managers and people-leaders access to their team's analytics empowers them to make data-driven decisions, improving performance and efficiency. It provides valuable insights into team dynamics, enabling proactive leadership and targeted support for growth.
By using Member Groups, you can create user groups / sub-groups and assign group managers to them. The group managers will receive access to recognition, reward, and survey data for only their specified group. They cannot view analytics for any other group, sub-group, etc.
Note: Group managers do not need to be Matter Admins to view the analytics of their group.
