What Matter Can Transfer
The main items that can be transferred include the following:
Workspace Settings: General, Feedback Friday, Rewards, etc.
Subscription: Billing subscription and payment method
Rewards Prepay Balance
Feature Settings: Custom Kudos, Celebration Dates, Coin Balances, etc.
What Matter Can Not Transfer
We are unable to transfer any historical analytical data. This includes analytics for kudos, feedback, pulse surveys, custom employee surveys, etc.
That said, we strongly recommend downloading an all-time date range report for your historical record before beginning the migration. If need be, our support team can help out with this.
How to Get Started with a Migration
We recommend contacting support@matterapp.com to get support on this migration. While not every situation is the same, we ask for at least a 24 to 48 business hour notice to prepare and complete the migration on our end. Often, depending on the size of the workspace, it's typically successfully completed in a few hours.
