How to Enable Premium Gifts (Admin Guide)
To enable Premium Gifts for your workspace:
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.
Under the Categories section, there is the option to enable/disable the category.
Once enabled, employees will see Premium Gifts as a redemption option.
Note: Currently available for recipients in the United States. Additional regions may be supported in the future.
Send Premium Gifts via Direct Rewards
Use Direct Rewards to send Premium Gifts to employees or externally to external partners, freelancers, contractors, etc.
