Pricing, Shipping & Taxes

  • Shipping is included in the coin cost (most items ship free).

  • Taxes (0–10%) are covered by your company and based on your shipping address.

This means the coin value you see reflects the full cost of the item, with no unexpected charges during redemption.


How to Enable Premium Gifts (Admin Guide)

To enable Premium Gifts for your workspace:

  1. Open the Web App.

  2. Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.

  3. Under the Categories section, there is the option to enable/disable the category.

Once enabled, employees will see Premium Gifts as a redemption option.

Note: Currently available for recipients in the United States. Additional regions may be supported in the future.
