Email Activity Notifications allow members to receive updates from Matter via email. If you'd prefer for all members in your workspace to not receive these emails, you can disable them in your workplace settings.
Steps to Disable Email Activity Notifications:
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the General section.
Scroll down to locate Email Activity Notifications:
You will see two options: Enabled and Disabled.
Select Disabled to stop all members from receiving activity notifications via email.
To confirm your changes, click Save.
Note: Disabling Email Activity Notifications does not affect reward redemption emails and comments, which will continue to be delivered via email.
