How are rewards delivered?

Find out how rewards are automatically delivered via email or self-delivery for custom rewards.

Depending on the reward type, rewards may be automatically delivered or require internal self-delivery.

For gift cards, prepaid cards, and rewards links, the reward delivery email will contain step-by-step instructions for redemption. For monetary options, enter the PayPal account email address or the Venmo account phone number to receive respective funds.

Gift Cards Delivery

  • Gift Cards (e.g., Amazon): Automatically delivered via email from either noreply@tangocard or rewards@reward.tremendous.com, to the member's Slack/Teams email address.

  • Prepaid Cards: Automatically delivered via email from noreply@tangocard or rewards@reward.tremendous.com, to the member's Slack/Teams email address.

  • Rewards Link: The requester will receive an email and be taken to our Reward Partner's catalog to select the reward. The reward will then be delivered via email.

  • Monetary Options (e.g., PayPal and Venmo): Automatically delivered via email from either noreply@tangocard or rewards@reward.tremendous.com, to the member's Slack/Teams email address.

Charitable Donations Delivery

Automatically delivered to the charity of choice.

Custom Company Rewards Delivery

Companies are responsible for delivering/fulfilling custom company reward requests. That’s why there is no associated cost/charge with this reward type.
