Contact Matter to Enable
HRIS integration requires a Matter paid plan. To begin the integration process, Contact Matter to have HRIS integration capabilities added to your plan. Afterwards, you'll be ready to connect your HRIS platform.
Connect Your HRIS Platform (see images below)
Go to the Web App.
Go to Settings
Click on HRIS Integration button
Click on the Sign In to HRIS button
Follow the Steps: A guided setup wizard will prompt you to enter your HRIS credentials and authorize Matter to access your HRIS data.

Sync Process
Once connected, Matter will automatically sync with your HRIS platform. The initial sync might take a few minutes, depending on the volume of data. Subsequent syncs will occur automatically every 24 hours to ensure your data stays up-to-date.
