You can delete a specific kudos or other Matter post in Slack and Microsoft Teams, for example to remove a test kudos or inappropriate information, or to clean up a channel before rolling Matter out to your organization. In Slack, only Workspace Owners and Admins can delete messages from MatterBot. In Microsoft Teams, a Teams admin first has to allow users to delete messages sent by bots, and then you delete the post from the message menu.
Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on every plan. Works for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces; in Teams, the bot message permission must be turned on first.
For an overview of the whole feature, read the Kudos Guide. Related articles: Viewing kudos activity history and Kudos notifications permissions for Microsoft Teams.
