Which sections apply to my plan? Kudos and the overview video apply to every plan. Celebrations is included on Basic and above. Rewards and coins are included on Pro and above; on the Free or Basic plan, delete the Rewards section and link to the Basic plan overview video instead.

With Matter, everyone can recognize each other with kudos in the moment and regularly to help build a culture of appreciation. 👉 Watch this quick Overview Video to learn more.

We are also using Matter’s Rewards feature, which we know you will love!
Give Coins with Kudos: Recognize teammates by sending coins with your kudos. You have been given a coin allowance of [X] coins per [week/month/quarter] to give away, so use it or lose it.
Earn Coins from Recognition: When you receive kudos or celebrations with coins, they are yours to keep. Earned coins are stored in your account until you’re ready to redeem.
Redeem Coins for Rewards: Trade in your coins for gift cards, donations, or other rewards (Note: 10 Coins = $1 USD). Gift cards will be automatically sent via email once a company admin approves the rewards request.

We will be celebrating [birthdays and/or work anniversaries] with Matter’s Celebrations feature.
Birthday Celebrations: Matter will prompt you in Slack to enter your birthdate (month and day only).
Work Anniversary Celebrations: We’ll upload these dates so they’re recognized automatically.
Celebration Messages: On your big day, a message will be posted in [#Channel] so we can celebrate together. If your celebration is on a Saturday/Sunday, it'll be celebrated on the previous Friday during the work week. [Pro plan: You’ll also receive X coins for birthdays and X coins for anniversaries.]
