How to Add Default Skills on Matter
Open the Web App.
Go to Feedback, then select the Skills tab.
On the right-hand side, select Add a Skill.
Select Recommended Skills and hit Add next to the desired skill.
How to Add Custom Skills on Matter
Open the Web App.
Go to Feedback, then select the Skills tab.
On the right-hand side, select Add a Skill.
Select Create a Custom Skill.
Type in the Skill Name, Description (optional), Skill Badge Color, and hit Create.
