Enabling and disabling performance feedback

Performance features are off by default. Turn them on under Settings, Performance in the web app; while off, members can't give or request feedback.

By default, Performance features are disabled. Performance can be enabled inside the web app. If Performance features are disabled, then users won't see the ability to give or request feedback inside Slack, Microsoft Teams, or the Web App.

Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on the Pro and Enterprise plans, or on any plan during the free trial. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

For an overview of the whole feature, read the Performance Feedback Guide. Related articles: Is performance feedback anonymous? and Adding default and custom skills on Matter.
