Each time an Admin approves a reward request, the company credit card on file will be charged for the reward. This means you don't prepay for coins.

The cost of the reward is the face value of the gift card or charitable donation, plus a 3% transaction fee to cover automatic delivery fees.

So for example, a $10 Amazon Gift Card will cost $10.30

Calculation: $10 + ($10 * 0.03) = $10.30

There is no cost associated with custom company rewards because companies are responsible for their own delivery of the reward.
