When your 14 day free trial ends and you have not upgraded, your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically and nobody is locked out. You keep kudos and Feedback Friday, and the premium features you used during the trial (rewards and coins, Celebrations, Challenges, Spot Awards, QR Codes, surveys and analytics) pause until you upgrade.

Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Web App</a>.

Click Upgrade Plan in the sidebar, or go to Settings, then Billing.

Choose Basic or Pro, monthly or annual. Annual billing saves 50% on Basic and 25% on Pro.

Enter your card details and click Submit Payment.

1. Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Web App</a>.
