If a payment method has not been added, then all features of your Matter channel and Web App workspace will be disabled.
A workspace owner/admin will need to add a payment method to continue using Matter without restrictions.
How to Add a Payment Method
Open the Web App.
Go to Channel Settings > Billing tab.
Select the monthly or annual plan (save 25%).
Enter in card information and hit Submit Payment.
