The Company Store is where you build a catalog of company-specific rewards your employees can redeem with Matter Coins — from branded swag to your own custom perks and experiences.
Note: The Company Store was previously called Custom Rewards.
Two ways to add a reward
When you click Add Reward in the Company Store, you'll choose one of two options:
Branded Company Swag
Add your logo to apparel, drinkware, bags, and more. Matter prints and ships every order worldwide, and the coin cost includes the item, shipping, and taxes. → Branded Company Swag
Custom Reward
Create your own perks and experiences — company merch you fulfill, a vacation day, lunch with the CEO, an internal donation, and more. Because your company fulfills these directly, there's no cost. → Custom Rewards
Where to find it
Open the Web App.
Go to Rewards Manager, then Company Store.
Click Add Reward to get started.
