Create branded swag in seconds
The fastest way to launch your swag store is to let Matter do the heavy lifting. With a couple of clicks, we'll put your logo on our most popular products — think t-shirts, hoodies, water bottles, totes, mugs, and notebooks — ready for employees to redeem in minutes.
1. Open the Web App.
2. Go to Rewards Manager, then Company Store.
3. Click Create my Swag.
4. Confirm your logo. Matter automatically finds your logo from your company's website. Choose between your full Logo or Symbol mark — or click Upload a Different Logo to use your own file. We'll automatically optimize it for print quality.
💡 If the logo shown isn't yours, click Not your company? to correct it. For the best results, use a .svg file.
5. Pick your items. Review the pre-designed products and choose which ones to include in your store.
6. Done! Your branded swag is added to Your Catalog and available for employees to redeem with Matter Coins.

Add products one at a time
Prefer to hand-pick and customize each product? Click or add products one at a time (or Add Reward once your catalog has items) to build swag from scratch.
Open the Web App.
Go to Rewards Manager, then Company Store.
Click Add Reward.
Select Branded Company Swag, then click Continue.
Browse for a product. Pick a category (or use the search bar), open a subcategory, and select the item you want.
On the Product page, review the details — fabric, decoration method, price, shipping, delivery time, available colors, sizes, and print areas — then click Continue.
In the Design step, make it yours:
Click Upload Image to add your logo or artwork. Use an SVG when possible — it keeps your design sharp at any size.
Choose the print Location (Front or Back).
Use Edit Available Colors to choose which product colors employees can pick from.
In the Review step, preview the finished item across colors and angles, then set the Item Title and Item Description employees will see. Review Shipping & Pricing for both U.S. and international delivery.
Click Save Item. Your swag is added to the Company Store and is immediately available for employees to redeem with Matter Coins.
Pricing, shipping & taxes
Item, shipping, and taxes are all included in the coin cost. The coin value employees see reflects the full price — no unexpected charges at redemption.
Pricing is shown before you save, for both U.S. and international delivery.

Final cost can vary slightly based on the product options and delivery location an employee selects.
As a reference, Matter Coins convert at 10 coins = $1, so a $26.66 item is about 267 coins.
Order & shipping notifications
Employees never have to wonder where their swag is. After redeeming an item, they'll receive updates directly in Slack or Microsoft Teams:
Order confirmed — a notification as soon as their order is placed.
Shipped — a heads-up when the item is on its way, including tracking information so they can follow the delivery.
Managing your swag
Once saved, your item appears in Your Catalog under Company Store. From there you can:
Toggle a product Active to show or hide it in the store.
Feature a product (star icon) to highlight it for employees.
Reopen a product anytime to update its design, title, or description.
Active swag appears alongside your other rewards in the employee store.
