Yes, Pulse Surveys are anonymous by default. We do this to protect the anonymity of survey participants. Admins can change this to Attributed under Anonymity in Settings, Pulse Survey, which attaches names to responses. In anonymous surveys, Admins and group managers can read individual answers, but no names are shown with them.
Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on any paid plan with the Surveys add on, or on any plan during the free trial.

The biggest benefit of keeping pulse surveys anonymous is honest and unbiased responses. Anonymity encourages respondents to provide candid feedback without fear of repercussions.
Note: Anonymity has limits. In a small workspace or Member Group, or when a comment mentions specific details, a response can still be recognizable. Keep groups large enough, and remind people to leave identifying details out of their comments if that matters.
To reinforce anonymity, at the top of each anonymous pulse survey, it states: Anonymous Survey: All answers are shared anonymously.
