How to Access the Rewards Report
Open the Web App.
Go to Rewards Manager, then the Reports section.
Click Download Report (.XLSX) to receive the Rewards Report based on the selected date range and filters.
Rewards Report Details
This rewards report will include but is not limited to:
Rewards Report: Breakdown of each team member and their current coin allowance, current coin allowance remaining, current unredeemed coins, earned coins by date range, and coins redeemed by date range.
Redeemed Rewards: Breakdown of reward request including the requester name and email, order status of the request, the requested reward and reward amount, the amount charged to the payment method and the currency charged (USD), and the coin amounts redeemed.
Rewards Balance Transactions: List of all rewards balance transactions, including timestamp, credits/debits, amount, type, ending balance, etc.
Rewards Balance Invoices: List of prepay invoice transactions, including amount, status, payment date, etc.
