Control who can send private kudos. By default, everyone can send private kudos. Limit this option to Admins Only or No Members.
Enable or Disable Private Kudos:
Open the Web App.
Go to Channel Settings.
Then General tab.
Scroll down to the section Private Kudos Permissions.
Select the appropriate permission type:
All Members
Admins Only
No Members
Click the Save button to confirm changes.
