By default, any member can only delete their messages, but not messages from bots. Only Slack Workspace Owners and Admins have the ability to delete messages from MatterBot.

If you're not a Slack Workspace Owner or Admin, you'll need to contact the appropriate person. You can find Owner(s) and/or Admin(s) in your Slack Workspace settings.
