To make sure everyone can give and receive kudos, we recommend auto-adding team members to a team & channel when invited to a Teams workspace.

This can be done in the Teams Admin Center. In the Admin Center, add the Team and the Matter-based Channel as default for all new Microsoft Teams Workspace users.

By adding new users to a team where Matter is installed, they will be automatically added to Matter and the Teams team & channel.
