You can delete a specific kudos or other Matter post in Slack, for example to remove a test kudos or inappropriate information, or to clean up a channel before rolling Matter out to your organization. Only Slack Workspace Owners and Admins can delete messages from MatterBot. A sent kudos cannot be edited, only deleted, and deleting it does not reverse the coins on it: the recipient keeps them, and an Admin can take them back by hand with Adjusting team members' coin balance if needed.
Who can use this: Slack Workspace Owners and Admins on every plan. Slack only. Using Microsoft Teams? See Delete specific Matter posts and kudos in Microsoft Teams.
For an overview of the whole feature, read the Kudos Guide. Related articles: Viewing kudos activity history and Sending kudos in Slack.
