Companies are able to offer their team members custom company rewards. Popular custom company rewards include:

Company Merchandise/Swag: t-shirts, laptop stickers, coffee mugs, etc.

Fun Experiences: Lunch with the CEO, parking spot, etc.

PTO Day: Don't increase salary, add ways to earn time off.

Internal Company Charity: Add up coins at EOY and celebrate making a donation.

Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Web App</a>.

Click Add Reward and fill out the modal.

1. Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Web App</a>.
2. Go to Rewards Manager.
3. Then Catalog tab (at the top).
4. Click Add Reward and fill out the modal.

5. Once filled out hit Save.
