Companies are able to offer their employees custom company

branded rewards. Popular custom company rewards include:

Company Merchandise/Swag: t-shirts, laptop stickers, coffee mugs, etc.

Fun Experiences: Lunch with the CEO, parking spot, etc.

PTO Day: Don't increase salary, add ways to earn time off.

Internal Company Charity: Add up coins at EOY and celebrate making a donation.

Note: Companies are responsible for delivering/fulfilling custom company reward requests. That’s why there is no associated cost/charge with this reward type.

Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Web App</a>.

Go to Rewards Manager, then the Custom Rewards tab.

Click Add Reward and fill out the modal.

Once information is completed, then hit Save.

1. Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Web App</a>.
2. Go to Rewards Manager, then the Custom Rewards tab.
3. Click Add Reward and fill out the modal.

4. Once information is completed, then hit Save.
