Companies are able to offer their employees custom company-branded rewards. Popular custom company rewards include:

Fun Experiences: Lunch with the CEO, VIP parking spot, etc.

Vacation Day: Don't increase salary, add ways to earn time off.

Internal Company Charity: Add up coins and celebrate by making a donation.

Experiences: Office massage session, movie night package, etc.

Note: Companies are responsible for delivering/fulfilling custom company reward requests. That’s why this reward type has no associated cost/charge.

Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Web App</a>.

Go to Rewards Manager, then the Custom Rewards tab.

Click Add Reward and fill out the modal.

Once the information is completed, then hit Save.

1. Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Web App</a>.
2. Go to Rewards Manager, then the Custom Rewards tab.
3. Click Add Reward and fill out the modal.

4. Once the information is completed, then hit Save.
