Companies are able to offer their employees custom company-branded rewards. Popular custom company rewards include:

Vacation Day: Don't increase salary, add ways to earn time off.

Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Web App</a>.

Go to Rewards Manager, then the Custom Rewards tab.

Click Add Reward and fill out the modal.

Once the information is completed, then hit Save.

1. Open the <a href="https://app.matterapp.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Web App</a>.
2. Go to Rewards Manager, then the Custom Rewards tab.
3. Click Add Reward and fill out the modal.

4. Once the information is completed, then hit Save.
