Disabling reward types and categories

Owners and Admins can turn off reward categories in Settings, Rewards, Categories, so only the types you allow, like custom company rewards, show up.

Workspace admins can disable specific reward types. For example, if a company only wants to allow custom company rewards, they can disable the other categories, and only those rewards will appear in the Rewards store.

Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on the Pro and Enterprise plans, or on any plan during the free trial. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

Disabling Reward Types/Categories

  1. Open the Web App.

  2. Go to Settings, then the Rewards section.

  3. Under the Categories section, disable the desired reward type(s)/categories.

The reward Categories toggles in Settings, Rewards: eGift Cards, Prepaid Cards, Monetary Options, Custom Rewards, Premium Gifts and Donations
