To continue using the Pro plan or higher features after the free trial, you'll need to upgrade by adding a payment method.
How to Add a Payment Method
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Billing section.
Select the billing option - either Monthly or Annual.
Check the box to include the Surveys add-on.
Add in payment information below and click Submit.
Upon successful payment, you'll receive a receipt/invoice to your email and be moved to the paid version with different visuals.
