Companies often exclude Matter admins or leadership from receiving the Most Valuable Participant, making the recap more inclusive and selflessly highlighting other team members' contributions. By default, everyone is eligible to be the Most Valuable Participant.
Who can use this: Workspace Owners and Admins on the Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans, or on any plan during the free trial. Works the same for Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces.

How to Remove Members from the Feedback Friday Most Valuable Participant
Open the Web App.
Go to Settings, then the Feedback Friday section.
Under the Recap section, click Add Member. Add the desired member(s) and hit Save.
Click Save at the bottom to confirm the changes.
