Open the Web App.

Go to Channel Settings.

Then Celebrations tab.

Under the Birthday or Work Anniversary section, click Click here to download an Excel file to complete. This will download a file of all workspace members what dates have been added, and who is missing a date.

Fill in the missing dates and re-upload.
