See Celebration Dates Added or Missing
Open the Web App.
Go to Channel Settings.
Then Celebrations tab.
Under the Birthday or Work Anniversary section, click Download Template. This will download a file of all workspace members what dates have been added, and who is missing a date.
Fill in the missing dates and re-upload.
Note: To remove an unwanted celebration date, use this Help Center article.
