Continuous feedback is the feedback you can gather on a regular schedule with a teammate you trust and respect. Once continuous feedback is set up, Matter will automatically message your teammate on the cadence you select and gather feedback on the skills specified.

Real-time feedback is done inside Slack/Teams as a one-off request. You have the option to either give or request real-time feedback from team members on specified skill(s).
